Participation in events, attractions, and activities at Community Gardens (Bastrop, TX) involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, slips, falls, animal contact, equipment use, and outdoor environmental conditions.

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless Community Gardens, its owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the safety and supervision of any minors accompanying you, and you agree to follow all posted and verbal instructions from staff while on site.
