Community Gardens Pumpkin Patch Partner Form

Thank you for partnering with Community Gardens for our annual Pumpkin Patch! On your designated “Patch Day,” your organization will receive 10% of pumpkin and wristband sales from customers who come to support you.

We ask that each organization maintain an active presence on their day to ensure a great guest experience and successful fundraiser. Please complete this form and return it to confirm your participation.

We ask you to provide volunteers for three time slots to help with customer engagement, pumpkin sales assistance, and general guest support.

Responsibilities & Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge:

• Your organization will provide volunteers for all three time slots listed above.

• Your volunteers will be present and engaged with guests throughout your Patch Day.

• Community Gardens will donate 10% of pumpkin and wristband sales from guests supporting your organization.
